【工作內容】
1. 協助維護與整理 ISO 品質系統相關文件與紀錄
2. 協助彙整品質系統統計資料、製作圖表及日常文書處理（Word/Excel/PPT）
3. 負責廠內文件管理與文管中心（DCC）日常作業（發行、作廢、變更、歸檔）
4. 支援廠內外產品異常及客訴，跨部門異常檢討
5. 協助內部稽核之行政庶務、會議記錄與追蹤項目跟進
6. 協助/管理機儀器校正排程，與外部校正實驗室對接，並維護校正合規紀錄
7. 可配合主管交辦事項

1. Assist in maintaining and organizing ISO quality system related documents and records
2. Compile quality system statistical data, generate charts, and perform clerical tasks (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Responsible for daily Document Control Center (DCC) tasks (issuance, obsolescence, changes, and archiving)
4. Support internal/external product anomalies and customer complaints, cross-functional alignment/engagement.
5. Support administrative workflows for internal audits, including meeting minutes and tracking follow-up actions.
6. Coordinate calibration schedules with external laboratories and maintain compliance records.
7. Fulfill other tasks assigned by supervisors
