品保經理Quality Assurance Manager (薪資面議)

• Establish and maintain the Quality Management System to monitor compliance with all relevant authorities, Nadcap and ISO9000/AS9000 requirements. Job holder has the final authority in releasing to service of engine component parts.
• Direct, plan and lay out the details of inspection standards, methods, and procedures used by the company in complying with all applicable aviation regulations, manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.
• Ensure that necessary regulatory requirements (e.g. FAA, EASA, etc.) are known, understood and complied with.
• Liaise closely with the relevant section of the authorities on all matter affecting air worthiness and approvals.
• Implement company’s audit program in which compliance with all maintenance procedures.
• Liaise with customers on quality issues and ensure prompt corrective actions to remedy any deficiencies in the organization.
• Issue and control the company’s Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals.
• Issue and control certification responsibilities within the organization.
• Assess suppliers on new and used components or materials, for satisfactory product quality in relation to the needs of the organization.
• Establish quality procedures and conduct regulatory training to inspectors and other staff.
• Train and develop departmental staff members in their technical competency and overall responsibilities.
• Other related duties and projects as assigned.
