‧ Design ADC and Injectable related experiments, analyze and interpret data independently, summarize and present findings to project teams
‧ Experience of method development, optimization, and validation are required.
‧ Excellent communication (oral and written) in English and Mandarin and attention to detail.
‧ Mentoring and developing junior scientists
‧ Experience in executing analytical method and bioassays in a regulated environment.
‧ Collaborate with other Technical R&D functional groups, coordinate and perform sample testing to support process development, release test and formulation development.
‧ Communicate with clients for analytical method development and execution.
‧ Ability to document and review data as per established company guidelines and SOPs.
‧ Write and review standard operation protocols and study reports.
‧ The ability to adhere to strict guidelines when applicable is required.
