品質工程師 Quality Engineer

Role
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to support product development and ensure high quality standards from design to mass production with external partners.

Key Responsibilities
◆ Manage product qualification (JEDEC, AEC-Q101)
◆ Analyze reliability data (HTRB, HTGB, TC, etc.)
◆ Support failure analysis and root cause investigation
◆ Work with foundries and subcontractors on quality improvement
◆ Implement quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, CAPA)

Requirements
◆ Degree in Electronic Engineering, Materials, or similar
◆ Experience in semiconductors or power electronics
◆ Knowledge of SiC, MOSFET, or IGBT devices
◆ Familiarity with reliability and qualification standards
◆ Good English skills
◆ Applicants who can provide an English resume are preferred

Nice to Have
◆ Experience with SiC devices
◆ Knowledge of wafer fab or packaging
◆ Six Sigma certification

2. 具備半導體或電力電子相關經驗
3. 熟悉 SiC、MOSFET 或 IGBT 元件
4. 了解可靠度與產品驗證標準
5. 具備良好英語能力
6.應徵者如能提供英文履歷者尤佳

加分條件
1.具備 SiC 元件相關經驗
2.熟悉晶圓製程或封裝技術
3.Six Sigma 認證
