品質管理經理 Quality Manager

Role
We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead the company quality system and ensure high quality standards from design to mass production with external partners.

Key Responsibilities
◆ Define and drive company quality strategy and system
◆ Manage product qualification (JEDEC, AEC-Q101)
◆ Analyze reliability data (HTRB, HTGB, TC, etc.)
◆ Lead failure analysis (FA) and root cause investigation
◆ Manage foundries and subcontractors for quality performance
◆ Drive quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, CAPA) and continuous improvement

Requirements
◆Degree in Electronic Engineering, Materials, or similar
◆Experience in semiconductors or power electronics
◆Knowledge of SiC, MOSFET, or IGBT devices
◆Experience in reliability and qualification
◆Team leadership or project experience
◆Good English skills
◆Applicants who can provide an English resume are preferred

Nice to Have
◆Experience with SiC devices
◆Knowledge of wafer fab or packaging
◆Six Sigma certification
