品質管理課長 PQC Supervisor

【職務說明】
負責生產製程與成品的品質管理，帶領 PQC 團隊提升檢驗準確度與效率，推動異常改善、品質數據分析及外部稽核應對，維持產品符合公司與客戶要求。

【工作內容】
1. 管理與培訓 PQC 人員，提升團隊檢驗專業與效率。
2. 規劃並執行成品、半成品檢驗，符合生產與出貨要求。
3. 追蹤與改善產線異常、退貨案件，執行製程巡檢及 ESD 測試。
4. 審核 OQC 出貨文件，統計與分析品質數據，提出改善建議。
5. 管控外包商品質，協助客戶驗廠與應對稽核。

Job Description
Responsible for quality management of production processes and finished products. Lead the PQC team to enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency, drive issue resolution, conduct quality data analysis, and handle external audits to maintain compliance with company and customer requirements. This role is ideal for candidates with a quality management background who enjoy leading teams to continuously optimize processes.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and train PQC personnel to improve team inspection skills and efficiency.
2. Plan and conduct inspections for finished and semi-finished products in line with production and delivery schedules.
3. Track and resolve production line issues and return cases; perform process inspections and ESD testing.
4. Review OQC shipment documents, analyze quality data, and recommend improvements.
5. Oversee the quality of outsourced vendors and assist with customer factory audits and inspections.

Requirements

學歷：大學、碩士
必備條件
• 具備 2 年以上品質管理相關經驗（含 PQC、IPQC、OQC 等），有團隊協作或帶人經驗者佳。
• 具備基本數據分析與製程改善能力。
• 良好溝通協調能力與問題解決能力，能在時程內完成任務。
加分條件（非必須）
• 有 PCBA、組裝、電子製造等相關產業經驗。
• 熟悉 ISO9001、IPC 標準或其他品質管理系統。
• 英文中等以上，可閱讀文件及基本溝通。
• 具備外部稽核應對與客戶驗廠經驗。

Requirements
Must-Have
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management (including PQC, IPQC, OQC, etc.); experience in team collaboration or leadership is a plus.
• Basic skills in data analysis and process improvement.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to meet deadlines.
Nice-to-Have (Not required)
• Experience in PCBA, assembly, or electronics manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, IPC standards, or other quality management systems.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency for reading documents and basic communication.
• Experience in handling external audits and customer factory inspections.
