Pinz Food and Alcohol Server (age 19+)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Checks the daily schedule to identify assigned section and operational responsibilities.
• Sets up / executes server-side preparation, opening duties, and inventory stocking.

• Welcomes guests immediately offering refreshing water and providing a clear, engaging overview of operations.

• Guides guests through the beverage menu, tailoring house favorites to complement individual preferences and appetites.

• Drives sales by suggesting and securing food orders when dropping off the initial round of drinks.
• Performs timely check-backs to ensure absolute guest satisfaction with drinks and to solicit follow-up orders.
• Delivers silverware sets and all necessary condiments, promptly after orders are received.
• Effectively communicates with staff members to notify them of active food orders and specify the exact lane or area involved.
• Ensures flawless execution by immediately confirming order accuracy and offering condiments once food is delivered.
• Maintains a pristine environment by consistently removing empty glasses and cleaning tables as opportunities arise.
• Upholds strict accountability by consistently following sales control procedures.
• Verifies the accuracy of prices on guest bills before presenting the bill.
• Enforces standard operating procedures regarding payment policies.
• Maintains exceptional cleanliness across assigned tables, the lounge, the service station, and all surrounding areas.
• Promptly escalates and advises the bartender or supervisor of any guest complaints as they occur.
• Complies with all state, local, and municipal laws and policies governing the responsible service of alcohol.
• Completes side work and thoroughly restocks all designated areas.
• Concludes shift duties by properly checking out with the bartender prior to closing and balancing daily sales.
