Foreman for Pipe and Utility Work

Summary & Requirements:

  • Reading blueprints, plans, and surveys.
  • Laying out work, developing grades and making necessary adjustments if changes occur.
  • Organizing and managing materials and equipment deliveries.
  • Generating daily work logs and applying cost codes and quantities.
  • Ensuring safety compliance on all activities.
  • Communicating with owners, management and coworkers to assist in project coordination.
  • Delegating tasks to team members and holding them accountable.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in deep trench work, pipe laying sanitary, storm, and water mainline utilities.
  • Experience with restoration of disturbed areas.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience running jobs.
  • Competency with smart phones and tablets\computers, Heavy Job, HCSS.
  • Willingness to work additional hours, if necessary, to complete projects on time and on budget.
  • Ability to professionally represent the company in all endeavors.
  • Ability to train and mentor others to perform at acceptable levels.

Compensation is based on experience.

Our company conducts random drug testing and participates in the E-Verify program.

Annual Salary Range $80,000 to $115,000 including benefits package and Company Truck.
