Pipeline Safety Coordinator

We’re looking for a talented Pipeline Safety Coordinator to help us keep the good energy flowing as part of our Land and Planning team in Bell Block. This is a part-time position (32 hours / week).
This is an interesting and varied role where your work will help protect people, communities and essential pipeline infrastructure. You’ll provide practical support to landholders, contractors, external stakeholders and teams across Clarus, helping them access accurate pipeline location information and safely plan work around our networks.
A key part of the role will be maintaining accurate landholder and stakeholder information, coordinating pipeline location and permit requests, processing BeforeUDig enquiries, and supporting close approach consent requirements. You’ll work closely with our field technicians and other teams to make sure requests are handled accurately, safely and within required timeframes.

You’ll be someone who enjoys bringing order to busy workflows, communicating with a wide range of people and making sure important details do not fall through the cracks. Ideally you'll have:
- Strong administration, coordination or customer service experience
- Confidence working with databases and maintaining accurate records
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Clear, friendly and professional communication skills
- The ability to organise competing priorities and respond calmly under pressure
- A practical approach to problem-solving and following established processes
- A strong commitment to safety, accuracy and doing the right thing
