Pipeyard Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

The Pipe Yard Supervisor oversees the productivity of the yard. This includes making sure their employees are working quickly and safely, as well as making sure all the equipment is running properly and is up to code.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees all yard operations.
• Records receipt of material into Titan
• Supervises direct reports in daily tasks
  • Handles all personnel issues
  • Approves timesheets for payroll processing
• Supervises trucks being loaded
• Coordinates the loading process with customers and truck drivers
• Load and unload inventory onto flatbeds
• Handles organization of all pipe inventory that resides in branch’s yard
• Assist in Inventory control and cycle counts
• Operate equipment safety and efficiently by OSHA and TPS company standards
