Piping Supervisor (PVV Completions & Leak Test)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise piping completion and leak testing activities.
• Coordinate hydrotest, pneumatic test and flushing activities.
• Ensure test packages are completed accurately.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, commissioning and client representatives.
• Verify test boundaries and system readiness.
• Monitor reinstatement after testing.
• Resolve construction issues before testing.
• Ensure all documentation is completed.
• Maintain HSSE compliance throughout testing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of piping experience.
• Experience with hydrotesting, leak testing and mechanical completion.
• Knowledge of commissioning handover procedures.
• Familiar with piping test packs.
• Experience on FPSO, offshore or marine projects.
• Strong coordination and planning skills.
