Pizza Chef-KSA Based ( All Nationalities)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pizza Chef with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in preparing high-quality pizzas, doughs, sauces, and related items that align with local market preferences and international standards. Saudi residency is mandatory, and applicants must present a professional portfolio of previous work.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare, cook, and present a variety of pizzas and related menu items in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines.

-Develop new pizza concepts and seasonal menu items that align with the Saudi market and customer preferences.

-Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all pizza products.

-Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to approved recipes and production plans.

-Manage daily pizza kitchen operations, including preparation schedules and production planning.

-Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.

-Control food costs, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.

-Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to support menu development and special events.

-Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.

-Ensure all equipment, ovens, and work areas are properly maintained and organized.

Required Qualifications & Experience

-Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.

-Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Pizza Chef, with hands-on experience in the Saudi market.

-Strong understanding of local customer preferences and market trends in KSA.

-Experience with different pizza styles (e.g., Neapolitan, Roman, artisan, or commercial pizza concepts) is preferred.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

-Strong attention to detail and creativity in flavor development and presentation.

Portfolio Requirement

-Applicants must provide a professional portfolio showcasing previous work.

-Portfolio may include high-quality photos, menus, concept work, or signature pizza creations.

-Experience working with pizzerias, restaurants, hotels, or pizza brands in KSA is highly preferred.
