Southern Crust is looking for an energetic, dependable, and hardworking Pizza Cook/ Pizza Maker to join our mobile pizza truck team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking, takes pride in serving great food, and wants to be part of a fun, growing food business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, stretch, top, and cook delicious pizzas to order.
• Operate and maintain a mobile pizza oven and kitchen equipment.
• Prepare fresh ingredients, sauces, dough, and toppings.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
• Keep the truck kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling guidelines.
• Work efficiently during busy events, festivals, private parties, and daily service.
• Assist with loading, unloading, setup, and breakdown of the food truck.
• Help manage inventory and communicate when supplies are running low.
• Provide friendly, positive customer service when needed.

Performs other related duties as needed.
