**URGENT HIRING – WOOD-FIRED PIZZA PIZZAIOLO**

We are looking for an experienced and reliable **Pizzaiolo** to operate a professional wood-fired oven and prepare authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas at an event near **Sesimbra, Portugal, this weekend**.

**Job Details:**

- **Duration:** 3 days (event weekend)
- **Location:** Sesimbra
- **Payment:** €8 per hour (net)
- **Additional benefits:** Staff meal provided
- **Contract:** Official 2-day employment contract
- **Insurance:** Work accident insurance provided
- Date : 6th,7th and 8th november

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience operating a wood-fired pizza oven.
- Knowledge of Neapolitan-style pizza preparation and baking.
- Ability to manage oven temperature and wood fire.
- Fast, organised and able to work under pressure during busy service.
- Responsible and punctual.
