We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive business success, maintain project execution, and build strong teams for assigned accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong project management capabilities and leadership skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

【Key Responsibilities】:
1. Project Management & Business Growth (20%)

• Utilize project management expertise to support business development and maintain project success.
• Build and lead teams to achieve project objectives.

2. Cross-functional Coordination (20%)
-Act as the key liaison among internal R&D teams, factories, and customers to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

3. Leadership & Communication (10%)

• Provide leadership in resolving technical, production, and business-related challenges.
• Effectively communicate across teams to drive alignment and solutions.

4. Cost Management & Optimization (20%)

• Lead cost analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and profitability.

5. NPI (New Product Introduction) Management (20%)

• Oversee NPI projects with strong project management methodologies.
• Ensure seamless transition from development to mass production.

6.Project Review & Escalation (10%)

• Organize regular review meetings to track progress, quality, and cost performance.
• Identify and escalate critical issues to executive management when necessary.
