1.Plan and monitor new product development schedules on BOM structure, material, manufacturing planning, and sample delivery.
2.Coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure on-time project execution.
3.Manage material readiness, including procurement, allocation of testing materials, and communication with customers and suppliers on supply schedules.
4.Coordinate and control BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, release, and change management to ensure structural accuracy and timely updates.
5.Oversee prototype management and recovery of R&D materials at each stage to support smooth mass production transition.
6.Tasks assigned by the supervisor.
