PL - Pegasystems - IT Architect (Credit CFF) - TP#40945 (42320)
We are seeking a team of experienced Pega consultants to support the CFF application within the Credit Assessment and Decision (CAD) domain.
The team will consist of:
1 Lead System Architect (LSA)
2 Senior System Architects (SSAs)
2 Lead/Senior Business Architects (LBAs/SBAs)
This setup ensures strong technical delivery combined with robust business analysis capabilities in an evolving BizDevOps environment.
The ideal candidates will bring a balanced mix of hands-on development, architecture, and business analysis expertise, working closely together to deliver high-quality Pega solutions aligned with business needs. The application is currently built on Theme Cosmos UI, with a planned transition to Pega Constellation.
RESPOSIBILITIES:
Development & Technical Leadership (LSA & SSA)
Design and implement technical solutions for complex business requirements
Actively develop features and contribute to the codebase (hands-on coding expected)
Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
Provide architectural guidance (LSA) or strong technical implementation support (SSA)
Contribute to UI strategy and evolution, including preparation for Constellation adoption
Business Analysis & Requirements (LBA/SBA & shared responsibilities)
Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business stakeholders
Design and document business architecture artifacts (case types, processes, etc.)
Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions
Bridge business and technical perspectives effectively
Team Collaboration
Support the team’s BizDevOps maturity journey
Collaborate across roles to ensure end-to-end delivery ownership
Mentor team members based on experience level
Adapt role responsibilities based on project and business needs

Experience Requirements
Previous experience as SSA/LSA or LBA/SBA in at least one full Pega implementation project
Mandatory: Proven experience working with Pega Theme Cosmos
Preferred: Experience with or exposure to Pega UI Constellation or migration initiatives
Experience in financial services, preferably within credit/risk domains
Experience with agile development methodologies
Proven success in stakeholder management and requirements gathering

Technical Expertise (LSA & SSA roles)
• LSA Level: Minimum 5+ years of Pega development experience with proven LSA experience
• SSA Level: Minimum 3+ years of Pega development experience with strong technical foundation
• Mandatory:
o Strong experience with Pega Theme Cosmos UI (demonstrated practical implementation experience)
o Solid understanding of Pega UI Constellation and its architecture
o Experience or exposure to Constellation migration approaches is a strong advantage
o Proficient in Pega design patterns, guardrails, and best practices
o Experience with Pega 8.x platform and cloud environments
o Knowledge of integration approaches (REST, SOAP, MQ)
Business Analysis Skills (LBA/SBA roles)
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis for business solutions
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into Pega solutions
• Understanding of Pega Case Management framework and DCO methodology
• Proficient in business architecture tools and documentation
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
