PL/SQL and Java Developer
Summary
A one-year fixed-term developer role in Liverpool (hybrid, two days onsite) leading development, maintenance and support of a key data platform. Day-to-day work centres on processing and mapping data using Oracle PL/SQL, Java and SQL, plus supporting end users on a Higher Education platform.
Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements:
- Extensive expertise developing Oracle PL/SQL in a complex relational database
- Extensive expertise developing on Oracle 12 or 19 databases
- Extensive expertise with HTML, XML/JSON, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience programming in Java or C#
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to commute to central Liverpool and work onsite two days a week
- Experience supporting Higher Education platforms such as Banner is highly advantageous
