Experience Requirement:
- 10-15+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Architect.
- Hands-on expertise in Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, Views, and Scheduler Jobs.
- Strong experience in production support, troubleshooting, impact analysis, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience in mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving architecture decisions.

- Application-to-Database mapping
- Stored procedure, package, trigger, and table analysis
- Backend scheduler/job analysis
- Impact analysis and solution design
- Architecture documentation and support readiness
Team Leadership & Guidance
- Mentor developers on PL/SQL best practices

- Lead RCA and troubleshooting sessions
- Drive KT and documentation initiatives
