Placement Executive
Summary
Coordinates campus placements for students by partnering with employers, tracking opportunities, and managing recruitment logistics at a Mumbai-based management institute.
Roles and Responsibilities will be as follows:
The Placement Executive would be predominantly responsible for the identification of providing for the multiple placement opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate students on completion of their respective programs.
Coordinate with the company's directors/ HR Head.
Coordinate with faculty and students
Create and put in place concerned and follow the complete process for the placement as per well defined placement calendar
Organise and facilitate placement with the recruiters / companies if necessary.
Maintain relevant documents related to pre-placement and post-placement including obtaining recruiters’ feedback.
Creation and maintenance of students' database.
Conduct the job market studies for identifying job opportunities and preparing students for availing the same.
Any other activity which will facilitate, create and improve placement opportunities.
