Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in internship coordination, career or placement services, recruitment, HR, student services, or similar roles.
- Experience in internship or graduate placement programs, preferably in an academic environment, is an advantage.
- Strong organization, coordination, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple students, requirements, and timelines.
- Comfortable with database management, data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with students, industry partners, and internal teams.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Airtable or similar database/tracking tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Interest or familiarity with Digital Arts, Multimedia, IT, and Game Development is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the endorsement and deployment of College and Senior High School students to accredited internship partners.
- Manage internship requirements and documentation, and ensure students are properly matched with suitable companies.
- Monitor student internships, coordinate with company supervisors, and address placement concerns or escalations.
- Consolidate internship evaluations and prepare end-of-term performance reports.
- Track graduate employment outcomes and maintain updated internship, placement, and alumni employment records.
- Support job postings, recruitment activities, job fairs, and other graduate placement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate placement databases and prepare reports, dashboards, and employability data for monitoring and decision-making.
- Work closely with Industry Partnerships, Academics, Student Formation, and other teams to improve student internship experiences and employment outcomes.
