Planner / Assistant Planner (No Experience Required)
Summary
Coordinates production schedules and supply chain logistics for customer accounts, resolving delivery issues and providing updates using Excel and optionally SAP/MRP systems.
Job Description & Requirements
Salary up to $3500
Working time: 830am - 530pm, 7am - 3pm OR 3pm - 11pm (Can Choose )
Work Location : Tampines (Near IKEA)
Work Day : Monday / Friday OR Wednesday - Sunday ( Work from Home on Saturday & Sunday)
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/ reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets
Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.
Requirements:
SAP/ MRP knowledge is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
