Job Summary
We are seeking an analytical and collaborative Planner to manage service parts availability and demand forecasting. In this role, you will leverage data analytics to optimize inventory positioning, align business entitlements, and cross-functionally coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Service Parts Planning: Strategically position the right level of parts in the right locations to meet service level agreements and support business entitlements.
Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical demand trends and future business outlooks to continuously improve demand forecast accuracy and manage demand variability.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced data visualization and query tools to model inventory metrics, track performance, and generate actionable supply chain insights.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (operations, logistics, procurement) and external stakeholders to streamline supply chain execution.
Requirements
Education: B.S. or M.S. degree (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative field preferred).
Experience: 3 to 8 years of working experience in planning/supply chain (experience in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficient in data analysis tools: Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
Core Competencies:
Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional cooperation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
