Planner

Responsibilities

Execute MRP runs in SAP and advise Purchasing on the timely procurement of materials
Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials throughout the production cycle.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time availability of materials
Monitor and collaborate with Production and Store to ensure smooth material flow
Update material arrival dates in the daily sales order/production order listing
Review daily inputs to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules
Work closely with Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse to update and ensure timely ordering, receipt and delivery of materials
Proactively identify, analyze and resolve material shortages, capacity constraints, and order fulfillment issues through SAP analysis and cross- department coordination

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
Proactive team player who can also work independently
Detail-oriented, confident, and meticulous, with the ability to perform under pressure a fast-paced
