Planner / Senior Planner (Urban Planning and Design)

[What the role is]

You will develop masterplans, planning and urban design strategies, environmentally sustainable concepts and formulate urban design guidelines for JTC industrial estates.

[What you will be working on]

You will carry out GIS-based spatial analysis to support the planning strategies and recommendations. You will also carry out various urban design typology studies and research to support the mixed-use development for JTC industrial planning projects.

[What we are looking for]

Background in Architecture with Urban Design and/or Urban Planning. Having at least 3 years of relevant working experience in urban planning and/or urban design projects as well as GIS-based spatial analysis and/or parametric modelling skills would be an advantage.
