Planning Analyst
Summary
Coordinate service scheduling, workforce allocation, and maintenance reporting for Continental’s logistics operations in Brazil.
Ensure the scheduling and planning of services, as well as the mobilization of personnel to the worksite, within the established deadlines.
- Monitor daily scheduled activities and production planning, providing direct support to supervisors and regularly updating management.
- Participate in service scheduling meetings with clients, communicating any changes, constraints, or pending issues to supervisors and management.
- Develop and coordinate weekly service schedules with inspectors, supervisors, and managers, preparing planning spreadsheets and submitting them to management and clients when required.
- Manage Continental Services’ service routines, including daily maintenance reports, monthly work order (WO) reports, and maintenance shutdown schedules, as well as coordinating workforce allocation in partnership with supervisors and management.
- Act as a liaison in billing processes, overseeing performance tracking and measurement through statistical analysis of operational activities.
- Prepare and maintain the documentation required for customer invoicing.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
