Planning Engineer (Data Center Project)
Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance against established baselines.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and management presentations.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients to collect progress data and schedule updates.
Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts to project milestones, while recommending mitigation strategies.
Support project controls activities including schedule review, progress measurement, and change management.
Conduct critical path analysis and evaluate recovery plans when required.
Participate in project meetings and provide planning insights to support project decision-making.
Ensure project planning activities comply with PMC standards, contractual requirements, and client expectations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
Previous experience in Data Center, mission-critical facilities, industrial, commercial, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies, construction sequences, and progress monitoring.
Familiarity with project reporting, earned value concepts, and schedule performance analysis is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project environment.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
