Planning Engineer

• Project Planning: Develop project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
  

• Resource Allocation: Plan manpower, materials, and equipment for mechanical/welding works.
  

• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  

• Coordination: Liaise with site teams, QA/QC, and management to align schedules.
  

• Risk Management: Identify delays, risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  

• Documentation: Maintain planning records, progress charts, and compliance reports.
  

Requirements

• B.E/B. Tech Mechanical
  
• Minimum 12-15 years of exp. in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers industry.
  
• Experienced in shutdown/turnaround planning (5-7 year GCC Exp is must).
  
• Project schedules, baseline schedules, DPR, WPR,
  
• Primavera P6, MS Project.
