Planning Engineer

• Prepare a complete Baseline Schedule from scratch based on BOQ, drawings, scope of work, and contract.

• Build a professional WBS and link BOQ items to schedule activities.

• Determine durations based on quantities and productivity rates, not just estimates.

• Set up correct Logic & Relationships: FS / SS / FF / Lag, and analyze Critical Path & Total Float.

• Prepare Resource & Cost Loaded Schedule as needed.

• Prepare Manpower & Equipment Histograms and S-Curves.

• Update the schedule weekly and monthly, inputting Actual Start/Finish, Remaining Duration, % Complete accurately.

• Prepare 2/3/4 Weeks Lookahead and compare Planned vs Actual.

• Analyze delays and identify critical and delayed activities, preparing Recovery / Catch-up Schedule.

• Ability to prepare Delay Analysis and EOT/Claims support is a strong advantage.

• Prepare management reports including SPI, Progress Variance, Critical Activities, Milestones, Forecast Completion.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Experience in the same title of no less than 4 years.
• Primavera P6: Advanced level, not just activity input.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, Power BI preferred.
• Preference for Saudi nationals.
