We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP planning. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed MEP project schedules and planning documentation.
- Prepare baseline schedules look-ahead plans and project progress updates.
- Monitor MEP activities against approved schedules and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate planning activities across mechanical electrical and plumbing disciplines.
- Track project milestones resource requirements and critical-path activities.
- Prepare progress reports dashboards and schedule variance analyses.
- Coordinate with engineering procurement construction and project teams to align MEP activities.
- Support recovery planning and schedule revisions when project progress deviates from plan.
Required Skills
- MEP Planning: Strong understanding of planning requirements across mechanical electrical and plumbing works.
- Project Scheduling: Ability to develop update and monitor detailed construction schedules.
- Primavera P6: Practical scheduling and project-control capability relevant to MEP projects.
- Progress Monitoring: Ability to measure actual progress against planned activities and milestones.
- MEP Coordination: Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary activities and schedule interfaces.
Preferred Skills
- Critical Path Method (CPM) and delay analysis.
- Resource loading and schedule optimization.
- Advanced reporting and project-control documentation.
Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP as specified. Relevant experience in planning scheduling progress monitoring and multidisciplinary MEP project environments is preferred.
Education
- Minimum: Typical qualification Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Preferred: Relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Additional: Planning/project-management certifications are advantageous.
