Our client is a well-established organization involved in building, highway, and road construction projects.
Job Overview
The Planning Engineer will support project planning, progress monitoring, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor project plans and construction schedules.
- Track project progress against planned timelines.
- Coordinate with project and site teams on planned activities.
- Identify delays and support corrective actions.
- Maintain project schedules and progress records.
- Prepare progress reports and planning documentation.
- Support effective coordination of construction activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering with a Chartered qualification.
- Corporate Membership of IESL is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building, highway, or road construction.
- Minimum 10 years of total post-graduation work experience.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Kandy, Trincomalee, or Anuradhapura.
- Willingness to work on a shutdown basis.
