Job Description:

The Planning Engineer supports project scheduling, construction site progress tracking, and coordination activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution. This role involves close collaboration with contractors, site teams, and project stakeholders to monitor project progress and support on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation, tracking, and updating of project schedules and work plans.
• Monitor construction site progress and follow up on on-site activities.
• Consolidate progress data and updates from contractors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with PMO, site teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist in verifying actual construction progress against planned schedules.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Lead overall project coordination and progress control through site inspections and progress meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in railway industry or large construction engineering projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, Site engineer, Site supervisor or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsfot Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• English proficiency is required.

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm., Lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
