Planning Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure
- Preparing schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipment and materials) availability, production and construction sequences
- Developing and update resources (manpower, equipment's and materials) availability, production and construction sequences
- Inspect and monitor daily the work happening on site
- Participate all meeting (ie. Schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on)
- Record / Document weekly progress meeting held with the client, consultants and sub-contractors
- Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
- Developing contract and construction programmes and construction project plans
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years’ of local experience in private residential and condominium projects
- Well-versed in sequence of works and authority requirements
- Proficient in planning works and material schedules
