Planning Engineer - Water projects
We are looking for experienced Planning Engineers - Water Projects with a strong background in drainage, sewerage, irrigation lines, and water infrastructure in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
The Planning Engineer in association with the resident engineer shall develop the Project execution plan considering the proper engineering techniques and milestone sequences for the Project.
Candidate will set targets for activities based on each project activity and ensure it meets DMs specifications and requirements.
Planning engineers shall estimate timescales and costs using specialized design software packages (Primavera).
One of the major Planning Engineer's roles is to monitor day-to-day work progress for the Project and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports by swiftly communicating potential progress delays or project slippages.
Tracking and analyzing field results is another key responsibility.
Planning engineers continually compare planned and actual progress and report any differences to their lead project manager. Planning Engineer also studies the impact of alternative approaches.
Experience in drainage, sewerage, water infrastructure, pump stations, sewage treatment plants, wastewater systems, RO plants, and water transmission pipelines
Experience on Dubai Municipality Water Projects.

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
The Planning engineer must have a relevant degree from a recognized university and a civil engineering background.
With knowledge and work experience of not less than ten years in design and construction programming/planning of similar projects.
Should have DM Approval.
Experience in drainage, sewerage, water infrastructure, pump stations, sewage treatment plants, wastewater systems, RO plants, and water transmission pipelines, with 9 to 15 years of experience.
Ideally, candidates should also have DM experience and UAE experience.
WORK LOCATION - DUBAI, UAE.
