OCASA Life Sciences is looking for a proactive and highly organized Planning & Implementation Lead

You will coordinate new client implementations, transportation lane setup, operational readiness, data governance, and service performance. This role works closely with Operations, Key Account Management, Pricing, Commercial, and Quality teams.

The position offers a clear development path toward full ownership of Planning & Implementation function and potential progression to Manager level.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and implementation activities.

  • Support transportation lane setup and operational readiness.

  • Manage implementation milestones, deadlines, risks, and action plans.

  • Maintain coordination sheets, trackers, and controlled documentation.

  • Prepare transit-time estimates for NORAM transportation lanes.

  • Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, SLA compliance, and forecast accuracy.

  • Prepare performance updates for scorecards and business reviews.

  • Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.

  • Participate in client-facing implementation meetings.

  • Complete a structured transition before assuming full ownership of the function.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

  • At least two years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, clinical supply chain, implementation, or project coordination.

  • Experience managing multiple projects or implementations simultaneously.

  • Advanced English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.

  • Experience with KPI reporting, implementation trackers, and process documentation.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication skills.

  • Availability to coordinate across international time zones.

Experience in life sciences, temperature-controlled logistics, GxP/GMP environments, IATA, 49 CFR, UN3373, process mapping, or continuous improvement is highly valued.

Work Details

  • Based in Iriarte, Argentina.

  • Regular virtual coordination with international teams.

  • No travel required.

  • No direct reports.
