Planning & Logistics Executive

Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate the receiving, inspection, and proper storage of raw materials and packaging materials.

• Ensure chemicals, packaging materials, and finished goods are stored and handled in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements.

• Maintain proper warehouse organization, material labelling, and identification to ensure traceability.

• Ensure warehouse operations comply with IMS, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and support inventory control activities.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required records and ensuring compliance with warehouse procedures

• Ensure proper segregation and safe storage of hazardous and flammable materials in accordance with regulatory and safety requirements.

Inventory Control

• Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels

• Ensure inventory accuracy and traceability in system

• Maintain proper documentation for inventory movement and warehouse transactions

• Conduct cycle counts and assist in stock reconciliation

• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies

• Monitor slow-moving, aged, or obsolete inventory

• Prepare inventory reports when required

Logistics & Dispatch

• Coordinate shipment and dispatch of finished goods to customers

• Liaise with logistics providers and transporters to arrange deliveries

• Ensure on-time delivery according to customer requirements

Order Management & Customer Coordination

• Support in coordinating customer orders from order confirmation to delivery

• Liaise with sales, production and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfilment

• Prepare delivery orders, shipping documentation and billing information

• Coordinate with finance department for invoicing and tolling documentation

• Track order status and update relevant departments on delivery schedules

Production Planning Support

• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly production schedules

• Monitor production progress against planning schedules

• Communicate schedule updates to production and warehouse teams

• Coordinate repacking, relabelling and toll manufacturing requirements

Cross Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Procurement on material replenishment

• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams on production schedules

• Support quality and regulatory requirements related to product traceability and storage

• • Participate in operational improvement initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency
