Planning Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling – Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives and track progress.
- Resource Allocation & Optimization – Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently for smooth project execution.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving – Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project delays or issues.
- Cross-Department Coordination – Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize planning and execution.
- Reporting & Compliance – Prepare project progress reports for management and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience – Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 5-8 years of project planning experience.
- Technical Skills – Proficient in project planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with strong knowledge of project management principles.
- Communication & Coordination – Strong ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with construction or engineering industry regulations and standards; experience in BIM planning is a plus.
