Planning Manager

• Develop and maintain project baseline schedule, weekly/monthly rolling plan and key project milestones

• Track project execution progress, identify schedule deviation and analyze delay impact

• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams and client side for schedule alignment and progress reporting

• Optimize project critical path and propose schedule recovery strategies

• 8+ years project planning experience in offshore EPC / oil & gas marine projects

• Strong stakeholder communication and schedule risk management capability
