Plant Engineer(PICS)

Job Description
The PICS Engineer is responsible for supporting and improving process control, automation, and instrumentation systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve process control and automation systems.
• Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, and related manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and control system issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and system improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
