Plant Finance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Plant Finance Manager to join our team at a reputed company specializing in waterproofing products for buildings and civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on plant operations. This role requires a minimum of a B.Com degree and significant experience in managing financial operations within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including the latest updates. - Manage the issuance of invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and oversee GST credits, payments, returns, and reconciliations. - Record sales transactions while adhering to GST, TDS, and TCS compliance requirements. - Oversee receivable management, including debtor collections, aging reports, and follow-ups. - Process purchase bills and vendor payments, ensuring accurate reconciliations. - Handle contractor bill passing, accounting for deductions related to TDS, PF, and ESIC. - Conduct accounts reconciliations, tax reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. - Manage employee reimbursements and bill processing. - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights to management based on financial data and MIS reports. - Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations, and have experience with Busy Accounting Software. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of plant finance and accounting principles. - Proficiency in GST compliance and related financial processes. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Busy Accounting Software.
