Key aspects of the role include:

Develop and execute the site’s operational strategy aligned with corporate goals.
Serve as the key point of contact for corporate, regulatory, and external stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end manufacturing processes.
Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of production, quality, and financial targets.
Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and manage site budgets.
Monitor financial performance, productivity, and cost control measures.
Implement risk management strategies to maintain product safety and efficacy.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Open to candidates willing to relocate to the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, preferably with experience in aseptic or similar biologics manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
