Job Duties:

- Discuss manpower requirement based on annual Manufacturing Plans with the respective sectional - functional heads for manpower planning. Conduct annual Manpower Budgeting for the Plant and track and report monthly variance.

- Manpower Deployment: Ensure optimal deployment of Manpower on a daily basis at the Plant based on Production Plans. Track any Absenteeism - attrition and reasons thereof to take corrective action.

- Recruitment and Induction: Conduct timely and cost-effective Recruitment as per Manpower plans for all levels of manpower - casuals, supervisors and Managerial levels. Conduct and track proper induction program to all new joinees at the plant.
