- Salary: S$3,300 – S$3,800 per month + Performance Bonus (PB)
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Pioneer or Tuas (Final location to be confirmed)

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, perform troubleshooting, and carry out corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and restore operations efficiently.
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities, including inspections, cleaning, lubrication, alignment checks, replacement of worn components, and functional testing.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, bearings, couplings, seals, valves, piping systems, conveyors, actuators, and related components.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control systems, including motors, sensors (photo eyes, proximity sensors, load cells), solenoids, relays, VFDs/inverters, basic PLC I/O, control panels, and wiring.
- Support the installation, assembly, commissioning, and production trials of new equipment, including piping, cable termination, I/O verification, and dry-run testing.
- Perform basic calibration and verification of weighing systems, load cells, level sensors, temperature probes, pressure gauges, and safety interlocks.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards, including machine guarding, emergency stop systems, earthing, interlocks, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Prepare accurate maintenance documentation, including service reports, fault analysis, spare parts usage, root cause analysis, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Min 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts when required.
