Plant Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering, particularly in the areas of plastic injection moulding and utility systems. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining the integrity of our equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment, including plastic injection moulding machines, DG sets, air compressors, cooling towers, and RO plants. - Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. - Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. - Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and lifespan. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures, particularly in plastic injection moulding. - Experience with utility maintenance, including DG sets and air compressors. - Familiarity with cooling towers and RO plants. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments.
