Plant Maintenance Lead

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Overall in-charge of Maintenance Department.
• Develop a comprehensive maintenance system to ensure that the tank farm and plant continue to operate in the long term.
• Supervise and plan preventive and corrective maintenance carried out for all plant equipment and facilities etc air compressor, generator, pump, motor, engine and panel.
• Keep track of and update maintenance data and records for all plant equipment and facilities.
• Ensure that work activities are complying to all risk control measures and adhere to safe work procedure according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements
• Monitor Efficiency of Plant Equipment and propose improvement plan
• Maintain and update maintenance data and maintenance record for all plant equipment and plant facilities.
• Liaise and inspect with contractors or vendor in terms of job installation, servicing and repair work.
• Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results.
• Daily maintenance manpower planning and allocation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experiences in plant/equipment maintenance in tank farm and plant.
• Knowledge and experience in Electrical & Mechanical with analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work under pressure.
• Understanding of ISO 14001 is a plus
• Be able to read and write in English language
