Position Summary:
The Plant Maintenance Lead assists the Plant Maintenance manager and supports operations at the precast manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring all non-heavy equipment and machinery operate safely and efficiently with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all daily plant maintenance activities
- Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment
- Routine maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Ensure safety compliance and equipment reliability
- Assist with maintaining maintenance records and reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years maintenance leadership experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 2 years electrical / plumbing experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
Work Environment:
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions for long periods of time.
- Work performed on active manufacturing site
