<ul style="font-family:Satoshi;"><li style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;"><strong style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;color:rgb(18,18,36);">Must have specialization in Lyophilizers function </strong>monitoring and troubleshooting, monitoring operation & maintenance activities of plant equipment.</li><li style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;">Directly monitoring all disciplines activities related to plant equipment maintenance operations. To manage the troubleshooting of the breakdowns and harmonize the minimal downtime of equipment.</li><li style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;">Knowledge and handling skills to face the regulatory Audit /Inspections.</li><li style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;">Design, implement, and improve ongoing operation in optimization & conservative way to all the applicable facilities and systems for commercial, industrial, and utility purposes.</li><li style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;">Responsible for compilation of requirement of spares for each discipline and procurement activities. I.e. Indent to receipt coordination for any requirement of spares/services.</li><li style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;">Responsible for preventive maintenance and Calibration & Validation of all instruments and equipment, overall documentation as per GMP/GDP standards as well as maintaining history records.</li><li style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;">Initial machine qualification after installation & revalidation as per frequency defined in master plan.</li><li style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;">Compile data and write reports regarding existing and potential engineering studies and projects.</li></ul><p><br style="font-family:Satoshi;" /></p><p style="font-family:Satoshi;"><strong style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;color:rgb(18,18,36);">Note: </strong><strong style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;color:rgb(18,18,36);">We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience with Lyophilizer equipment.</strong></p><p><br style="font-family:Satoshi;" /></p><p style="font-family:Satoshi;"><strong style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;color:rgb(18,18,36);">Qualifications & Requirements:</strong></p><p style="font-family:Satoshi;">B.E or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering</p><p style="font-family:Satoshi;">7 to 12 years experience required in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry</p><p><br style="font-family:Satoshi;" /></p><p style="font-family:Satoshi;"><strong style="margin:0px;padding:0px;border:0px;vertical-align:baseline;color:rgb(18,18,36);">Job Location:</strong></p><p style="font-family:Satoshi;">Kadi, Gujarat (Bus transportation available for daily commute)</p>
