We are seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician II, also referred to as a Plant Operations Technician III or Boiler Operator III. The Hospital Maintenance Tech III is responsible for advanced maintenance and repairs on hospital systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment to ensure a safe and operational healthcare environment. This role also supports emergency response, preventive maintenance, and facility projects while coordinating with staff and contractors to minimize disruption to patient care.

Responsibilities

Maintains accurate logs on all equipment in hospital and provides for a safe working environment. Also maintain and repair equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Driving as needed for company business. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints. 2. Valid state drivers license. 3. Minimum 2 years experience required 4. High school diploma or equivalent required Facility specific requirements (facility may require items listed below) Behavioral Violence Prevention training preferred

1. Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.

2. Valid state driver’s license.

3. Minimum 2 years’ experience required

4. High school diploma or equivalent required
