Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities (batch and/or continuous processes) to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and logistics teams to align production with customer demand and raw material availability.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors, engineers, technicians, and operators.
• Manage plant operating budgets, production costs, energy consumption, and waste reduction initiatives.
