What you'll do
The selected candidate will join as Plant Manager in an Important Industrial Manufacturing Company with a presence in Extremadura. Their main responsibilities will be:
- Directing daily plant operations.
- Managing a team of more than 30 people.
- Organizing plant resources according to operational needs.
- Supervising production progress and acting upon incidents.
- Prioritizing manufacturing tasks to meet the defined planning.
- Coordinating communication between the areas involved in plant activity.
- Reviewing plant work processes and identifying operational improvement actions.
- Ensuring the monitoring of key Engineering and Manufacturing activities.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?
The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Training in Technical or Higher Engineering.
- High level of ENGLISH and/or French.
- More than 5 years of experience managing industrial manufacturing environments.
